As first-time homebuyers, we weren't sure what to expect, but Kelli was so clear and communicative with us every step of the process. She's a true professional and also very approachable! Her timeliness in responding to our questions and extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and local properties made us feel confident that we were working with the best. As first-time homebuyers, we had several questions, but she never once made us feel like we were bothering her or wasting her time. Kelli made us feel like our needs and wants were a priority, and she went over and beyond to help make us feel comfortable and excited at closing. After buying our first house, I now know that much of the homebuying experience rests on the shoulders of the relationship you have with your realtor and the type of communication, outlook and attitude they bring to the table. Kelli was great! She helped me purchase a condo and then when it was time to sell the property, I knew to contact her again. I wouldn't work with any other realtor! She took the time to understand my needs and concerns. She offered a great deal of knowledge about the market and process. I felt confident in her answers and truly appreciated her suggestions. Kelli was responsive and available. It was a true pleasure working with her!

We worked with Kelli Williams when we bought our home 6 years ago and loved her! She helped us rent out our townhome for 6 years after that and then recently helped us sell it. I will only ever use Kelli! She’s awesome! She knows what she’s talking about and follows through. She goes above and beyond! As a 23 year old man with a newborn and a handicapped father-in-law we had very specific needs in our new home.
