I choose Kelli based on a recommendation from a highly regarded and respected friend. Kelli was the perfect fit. She worked with me based on the direction I wanted to take and was there for me every step of the way to support and provide expertise and direction. She didn't have expectations for selling price or schedule and professionally sold the home without regard to her agenda. There was never any pressure. She also handled a fairly difficult buyer who was a continuous challenge with perfect finesse.

I was grateful to have an experienced, knowledgeable professional on my side. Kelli is a natural sales professional. She is fun to work with backed by knowledge and experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and achieved all of my goals.

Kelli Williams, broker, is outstanding. I've bought and sold 7 houses. She is by far the best agent I've had. She is exquisitely technically competent. She knows the area, the market, the advertising, the contracts, the showings. She is remarkably responsive to needs, situations, problems, and requests. She has an outstanding demeanor that provides calm in the midst of chaos. Kelli far exceeded my expectations. I would and will recommend her to all my friends. Enemies should look elsewhere. She could hold training seminars in the area and nationwide to show other brokers how it's done. I'm not sure even extensive training would imbue agents with her sense of ownership, pride, duty to her client. Century 21 is lucky to have her as a representative and ambassador.
