I hired Kelli Williams based on her responses during interviews with another broker. I'm glad I did! I had a challenging situation, having to sell my mother-in-law's home in an over-55 community when her husband died. I quickly learned that my in-laws hadn't maintained their home in some years and that my mother-in-law had no funds to upgrade it to a positive selling position. Additionally, the home was 40 miles from my house. Kelli worked closely with me to develop a successful strategy for selling the house, having solid rationale for her recommendations. I had to upgrade and repair the house quickly and within a small budget. Kelli made all the arrangements for getting multiple quotes from vendors for any given work to be completed. She worked with vendors to delay payment until the sale was completed. Kelli kept me informed and answered every question I had, guiding me to a successful sale. I would definitely work with her again!
