This is my second time working with Kerry Jayne Jackson in Bay County, FL, and once again, she proved to be a lifesaver—delivering the same dedication and results a decade later in a completely different situation.

She invested over $9,000 of her own money to prepare my house: fresh paint, stair repairs, new light fixtures, art, rugs, planters, and even matching shower curtains and bathmats. Kerry also resolved a complex title issue when someone tried to claim part of my equity. Working seamlessly with my attorney and the title company, she kept the deal on track with calm professionalism, always staying two steps ahead.

I honestly didn’t even know where to start with this review. Kerry was a godsend during one of the hardest times in my life. My ex and I were going through a divorce and we were barely speaking. The mortgage on the house was behind and heading toward foreclosure, and I truly thought we were doomed.But then we called Kerry.She didn’t take sides she didn’t make it awkward or choose one of us over the other. She showed up with the mindset that everyone deserves to walk away in a better situation, and she meant it. She treated us both with respect and care, even when things got tense.
Kerry had sold us the home just a year earlier, and she came back into the picture determined to help us get through this with as much dignity and equity as possible. She personally fronted the past-due mortgage to stop the foreclosure clock, paid for pool service, and arranged some fresh landscaping paint. I still think about how she stepped in and handled everything with such calm, experience, & compassion.

Kerry is a very knowledgeable Realtor and always makes herself available for calls and meetings. She made us feel like we were her only clients, when she is probably working with dozens of clients at any given time. We were very impressed with her local knowledge and her ability to price our house right on the money to make sure we got the most we could for our home. If at any time we got frustrated with inspections or any part of the process she would explain things to us and make sure that we were comfortable with the situation. She also worked with us on our purchase and was very good at negotiating to get the best price possible. I could not imagine a better agent and person to represent us in the purchasing and selling of our home. She is outstanding and our Realtor for life!
