Brent Williams is AWESOME!!! He helped our daughter find her 1st home and she couldn't stop singing his praises. When we moved to PC, we actually lived with her while my husband and I looked for our own home. We dealt with one realtor, because he was an acquaintance, and everyone said we should. After a month and a half of not seeing the 1st home and still jumping through hoops to get approved, we got fed up and called Brent. Long story short, we were pre-approved in less than 2 days and put an offer on a house all within a week and closed in the amount of time we had spent with the other realtor. Since then, he has helped our other daughter and son in law get into a new home and he is currently helping other family members find properties.
