I was referred to Kim Jenkins by trusted friends and coworkers and she did an excellent job of getting me into a home as quickly, easily, and affordably as possible. I never had any issues with her and whenever I needed any help with anything she was quick to resolve my confusion or frustration. Due to working often and doing this completely alone, I was under a lot of time crunches and stress with this purchase, but Kim was able to minimize my stress and make everything go extremely smoothly. She was excellent and I would definitely recommend her to friends and family in the future.

Kim did an excellent job every step of the way. Always provided immediate responses and was very upfront. She got me into the exact home I wanted in a time frame that was quicker than I thought possible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home.

Excellent customer service. She heard what we wanted, helped keep us abreast of new properties that came to market.

Kim was very friendly and understanding to everything we needed. She worked hard to find us the right house and she also made sure we got the house in perfect condition. She was awesome finding my husband and I our first home! She was quick and she found exactly what we were looking for. She's very patient and understanding!

Went in to look at rental properties with Kim, and she suggested buying which we had never thought about. She showed us beautiful houses and knew exactly what we were looking for. She kept up with all of our questions and concerns almost immediatly. At first we were a little reluctant, but she negotiated with the seller very well and we got almost everything we were looking for in our home. Thank you for all your help Kim

During my time of working with Kim Jenkins she made everything very easy for my wife and I. We came in with a short time line and Kim got us into some houses to look at the very day we first talked to her. She was very good about getting back to us about any questions we had. She put us over herself by staying late to help us get out key to move in early. Talk about a huge relief. Kim was our savior. We sold our house in Virginia and delt with the wrong Realtors in North Carolina until we met Kim. She found us a rental within a day and gave us her complete attention. Simply put, AMAZING! We worked with Kim for almost a year. Although we live in Pittsburgh, Pa and were looking for a second home, Kim always treated us as neighbors. She is patient, understanding, and when needed, the voice of reason and reassurance. She went above and beyond in every respect. It's obvious to us she loves being a realtor...we consider her to be both friend and family. If you desire a realtor with outstanding knowledge and superior people skills, she will not disappoint. On a final note, she does not quit after the sale...she is ready to offer additional expertise in regards to post-purchase requirements (insurance, landscaping, lawn service, home security, and other building needs).
