Hi, I’m Kimberly Howell, Broker and Owner of Capital City Legacy Group, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities.

With more than 10 years of real estate experience, I believe great real estate service starts with listening. Every client has a different story, different goals, and different concerns, so I take the time to understand what matters most before creating a plan to help them move forward.

My experience includes residential sales, commercial real estate, investment properties, land, and property management. This diverse background allows me to look beyond the transaction and help clients understand the bigger picture, whether they’re purchasing their first home, selling a longtime family property, relocating, investing, or navigating a more complicated real estate situation.

Communication is one of my biggest priorities. My clients can expect responsiveness, transparency, education, and strong representation from our first conversation through closing. I want my clients to understand the process and feel confident about the decisions they’re making, without ever feeling pressured.

As a broker, I also bring an additional level of experience to negotiations, contracts, problem-solving, and transaction management. When challenges arise, my focus is always on finding solutions and protecting my clients’ best interests.

Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy helping people. Real estate is about much more than houses to me. It’s about relationships, financial opportunities, fresh starts, and helping people accomplish goals that can impact their families for years to come.
