Laith was recommended by our new home builder, Schumacher Homes. Laith spent time speaking with us about our wants and needs, then setup searches that we could look at and provide feedback. We were not local but he was and his insight helped us gauge where to look.

Each time we provided feedback, our options to look at got better. When we said that we were not opposed to looking at pre-existing homes with the desire to have an in-law suite or additional dwelling unit, he got to work adjusting our search criteria.

In the end, he helped us find a beautiful lot to build our dream home. Thankfully close to family. He also helped us negotiate a great price and ensured that we did not take any shortcuts that could have left us at risk.
