We were relocating our family from Illinois on a fairly tight timeframe and almost fully remote, they made a very stressful situation feel easy and uncomplicated. From the intro calls/prep work before our visit, to a very condensed house hunting vist into a multiple offer situation, and ultimately leading us to closing on our dream home, we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us. My husband and I were under a time crunch to find a home for our family of five moving from the Albuquerque area. Our goal was to find our forever home in an area we knew nothing about. We took a house hunting trip where Landen and his wife showed us close to 20 houses. They both were extremely patient with us as we viewed this amount of homes in a three day span. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were about the area. Landen suggested an area that we did not visit during our house hunting trip and I viewed the home on zillow and liked what I saw. He knew we were looking for a well cared for home. We ended up going sight unseen with the house. Landen was extremely helpful with negotians and the house we chose has turned into our dream house! It is in the perfect area to raise our family and we are so happy to be here. Every day I look at the house and think how grateful we are to own it!
