Larry just completed a very complex ranch sale for me which involved two trusts, a private person and an investor, tax exemptions for agricultural and homesteads, and critical timing needs. I don’t think every realtor could have handled all those issues as well as he did. He truly showed his knowledge of real estate during this transaction.
