As you might imagine, it’s the specific real estate professional you work with, more than the company, that makes all the difference. Marie Avery-Withers was exceptional, and a perfect match for our situation (being out-of-state and needing someone to be our eyes and ears “on the ground” for the property we were selling). In addition, she had strong knowledge of our community. There were countless times during the sales-prep period when Marie dropped everything to check into something at the property, or help manage repair people, or to take pictures for us, so that we knew what was going on.
For a variety of reasons, ours was not a quick, easy, “list and sell” situation. However, Marie (and sometimes with her personable business partner/husband, Danny) went above and beyond many times, with no hint that she was being inconvenienced or that we may be asking her to do things beyond her “job description.” Marie was always helpful, had a great attitude, was great at communicating with us, and clear in her thinking and advice. For us and our situation, she was a real estate professional sent from heaven. We’d highly recommend Marie Avery-Withers to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

Marie Avery-Withers was the consummate professional. She helped us sell our condo and buy our new home. Marie was very informative and knowledgeable in both processes. Everything went smooth and without a hitch. If there were questions or issues during the process, she could easily be reached. Issues were handled promptly and efficiently. We were updated throughout the process via email, text, notifications and phone calls. All available avenues of advertising and communication were used to buy and sell.
In conjunction with her vast knowledge as an agent, she made herself aware of our personal needs. Finding our likes, dislikes and guided us toward many options in which to choose.
