I am a hardworking, and probably never retiring, father of seven children with over 23 years of experience as a Florida Realtor, consistently ranked among the top 100 agents in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. I received my real estate license in Massachusetts when I was 18, as my family has always been involved in the industry, and at a young age, I aspired to be a landlord. I attended home inspection school and became a mortgage broker—not only to purchase personal properties for myself but also to assist others in bridging the gap from where they are currently to realizing their future dreams. It is such a pleasure to be part of the buyers' and sellers' journeys! I still believe that "the customer is always right." Thus, customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I absolutely love living on St. Pete Beach, taking advantage of all the water activities available, and exploring the country with my family in our travel trailer.

Mark Yorke is the Best realtor for my family, because we found in him not just highly educated , experienced and professional agent, but very kind, reliable, responsible and knowledgable friend. He understands our needs, and helped us find the right place, went through all the steps with us: inspections, appraisal, mortgage referal, great negotiations of price and dealong with the seller in fixing of appliances prior our purchase, even helped us with filing of homestead, after the closing!!! He still answers our calls and great us for holidays, he always share his knowledge, his advices are great and his support is amazing! Will highly recomend him to all of our friends and co-workers, because he is 5+ stars, he shine!!!

I would highly recommend Mark,I met Mark in October 2019 at that time I wasn’t in a place to buy so I rented and Mark helped me find a place until I was ready to buy which came in April 2021 and he found me a place that worked for me financially and gave me my peace of mind Mark really cared about what I was looking for and I felt that in him.I was very pleased and would highly recommend him for you when you are looking for your peace of mind

Best realtor you could ask for! Honest and patient and doesnt try to rush you into anything. Makes sure that he finds you the perfect house and doesnt settle for less! If you're using anyone else you're missing out!

Mark was absolutely amazing. He was referred to me by a colleague. I trusted him fully and everyone he referred to me (mortgage, pool guy, home inspector, etc) ended up being great. He made everything super easy and was literally always available to help (even late on a Sunday night). I would recommend him a thousand times over. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
