Hardworking and probably never retiring, I am the father of seven children with over 18 years of experience as a Florida Realtor, consistently ranked among the top 100 agents in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. I received my real estate license in Massachusetts when I was 18, as my family has always been involved in the industry, and I have always aspired to be a landlord. I attended home inspection school and became a mortgage broker—not only to purchase personal properties for myself but also to assist others in bridging the gap from where they are currently to realizing their future dreams. It is such a pleasure to be part of the buyers' and sellers' journeys! It may sound old school, but I have extensive experience in the hospitality business, and I still believe that "the customer is always right." Thus, customer satisfaction is my number one priority. I absolutely love living on St. Pete Beach, taking advantage of all the water activities available, and exploring the country with my family in our travel trailer.
