Mary was very helpful and was available evenings and weekends. She knew about the market in our area and provided us with similar listings that had sold. WE got above our asking price. She was also very helpful with negotiating the requests for work prior to close of contract.

Buying a home with Mary was a great experience. House shopping was very easy on my timeline. I received daily updates of new and existing listing and it was easy to change my search preferences. Mary was always available on short notice to schedule a showing, and would reach out to me if I "Liked" a listing online.
