Matt is an excellent realtor. If you asked me to draw my dream house it would have been a large ranch in the country. This was our second house we've bought and I thought we knew everything when it came to buying a house. Matt had my wife and I describe our perfect house, after showing us a few listings that matched our description Matt realized he'd found everything we wanted but in a house we had wrote off previously because it wasn't a ranch. He asked us to trust him, I'm glad we did, within 10 minutes of pulling up the driveway and walking the property we knew it was the house for us. It had everything we could of ever wanted plus more. I never dreamed we could live in a home this nice. The house was at the top of our budget but Matt assured us he could get them down and although I was skeptical he did and got it for under our dream price. Even got them to leave their lawnmower so we didn't have to buy one. We honestly couldn't be any happier.
