Matt Bonosky is a very energetic fellow who seemingly never sleeps! He always responded almost immediately to our emails, phone calls and texts, and made us feel very special, as if we were his only clients. We felt he understood our needs and went out of his way to accommodate our schedules. Ultimately, over the course of a month, he showed us more than a dozen properties until we had seen everything on the market of interest to us. Then it happened! We found the perfect home and Matt negotiated the ideal price that satisfied us and the seller. We closed within 4 weeks with Matt handling all the details and paperwork. Hard to put our experience into words, and although it falls short, the best way to describe working with Matt is OUTSTANDING. My Fiancé and I couldn't have found and purchased our dream home if it wasn't for Matt's continued hard work. To show how committed Matt is to working for you, one night worried about the next step in our negotiation, we called Matt to have him walk us through it (again). Later we found out he took our call during his two year anniversary dinner with his future wife!!! If that doesn't speak towards his dedication to his clients, I don't know what does. Matt was a pleasure to work with. We started our house hunting process during the Covid pandemic, and he was great with scheduling zoom calls and keeping in touch with us on what was going on in the market. He was very patient and educational. He helped us to see things that we would not have without his expertise- such as siding on houses needing some updates, etc. I would highly recommend working with Matt in the Pittsburgh area for anyone house hunting. He is one of the good guys, and I felt like we were working with a friend. He cared about us, not just "the sell"

This was our first time buying a house, but Matt made it feel super easy and stress free. While we were still looking at houses his wife had a baby but he was still always willing to show us houses and answer any questions we had, so if that doesn’t go to show how responsive and easy to work with them I don’t know what does. He was very laid back and never made us felt like we had to buy a house right now, we closed on a house pretty quickly but I feel like if we didn’t Matt would have shown us as many as it took til we found the right one. On top of being a great realtor he also has a great personality and easy to get along with. If you’re nervous about buying your first house or are buying your fifth one you can’t go wrong with Matt. We don’t have any other realtors to compare to, but if we were to do it again we would absolutely choose him.
