Matt helped my wife and I buy our first home. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, stressful, and a bit scary. Matt was awesome at making the entire process as easy as possible. The most impressive characteristic of Matt is that he makes himself available to you at any time - any day. You get a response back incredibly fast when dealing with Matt and you know that he is working for you and not himself. My wife and I happened upon Matt by requesting a realtor to contact us while on zillow. I have to say that we lucked out. We were first time home buyers who knew very little of the process and we couldn't have found a realtor better suited for the job. Matt was eager to help, patient, good at explaining every aspect of the process and what he does at each step. He was also quick to respond if we had any questions at off hours and was good at reassuring us if we had any doubts. All in all, as far as my wife and I are concerned, Matt is one of the best out there and he truely has a passion for what he does. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
