Melinda began her real estate career in marketing and development in the early 2000s before transitioning to new home sales with the Mayhood Company during the 2004 condo boom. She earned the Great American Living Award after surpassing $22M in sales in her third year. Moving into resale, she became a top-producing agent, known for her market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and client-focused approach. With over 21 years of experience and more than $346M in sales, she has helped hundreds of families navigate the buying and selling process. A Northern Virginia native, Melinda grew up in Reston, raised her son in Loudoun, and now lives on a farm near Purcellville with her son and two Labs. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, gardening, hiking, and live music. She also fosters dogs through Lab Rescue.
