Accidentally met Mike when viewing a house on a third party website. He seemed genuine and knowledgeable so we decided to stick with him. He was very accessible and was patient with us when viewing houses. I texted him at 8 on a Friday morning, we viewed a house at noon, and had an offer put in at 1:30. The house was competitive, and had Mike not been so accessible and ready to view houses with us, we would have missed out on the house. From there Tracey was awesome throughout the closing process. She stayed on top of everything and made sure everything was taken care of.
