Mike Garber did an excellent job of keeping in touch and answering all my questions, he was timely and proficient with his work and made it a point to get things done correctly. Mike was friendly and professional and offered much more assistance then the other agents I had contacted. Overall Mike did I great job and I would recommend him to others as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Mike Garber. For me his top characteristic was his unending patience. I found a property online over a holiday weekend. I truly was thinking “ok, we'll setup an appointment with him for the following Tuesday after the holiday weekend”. My husband called Mike and before I knew it – we were in the car and on our way to see the house. In my mind, he took time away from his family and friends to help two complete strangers find their forever home.

Not being from the area, Mike helped us navigate through the listings we liked to find the perfect location and home for us.From start to finish Mike Garber was a pleasure to work with.
