I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas since 1998. I estimate that I have achieved around $100 million in sales throughout my career. Additionally, I worked in new home sales for eight years during this time. I was also a licensed Real Estate appraiser trainee, which has given me a solid understanding of the appraisal process. Over my 24 years in the business, I have handled all types of transactions.

I have maintained a 5-star rating on Facebook and Yelp for my reviews. My experience in new home sales has enabled many clients to secure better deals with builders during negotiations. For clients building homes with new home builders, I personally take pictures and conduct walk-throughs of the property during construction.

When working with sellers, I offer, at my own expense, an informal inspection of your home with a licensed inspector to address potential issues prior to listing. Additionally, I provide professional staging consulting for sellers for up to two hours, also at my own cost.
