Elizabeth Tinney was amazing. I would refer to any one. If it were not for her I probably would have gave up on the house buying experience. She walked me through everything and went above and beyond to help me through the process. Very professional and friendly. She is even still with us even after moving in. we could not be more happy with our experience with whom I can now call a friend.

Jenee B was such a great realtor. I had bad experiences with previous realtors. I was at a point to were I just wanted to give up.They were showing me homes that I specifically said I didn't want,turning in documents with conventional loan instead of the FHA thinking I would not see.
Then I met Jenee B she was very transparent withme and all the loan and optiondocuments, sent me homes that I want and in my price range. She is always positive even when I wasn't. She stayed on top of the loan officer and always there anytime of day or night to answer any questions I may have had and to talk me down off the ledge. One of the most important things for me was if she didn't know she would say it; but she would find it out, she just didn't make up an answer. She is also very patient we looked at over 50 homes before I found the one. I loved her motto "if it's not a hell yeah, then it's not the one. "

She helped me find my "hell yeah. " I thank God for blessing me with my home and her.

Honestly was lost and desperate before working with Jenee. After being ghosted by several other services, I was convinced our situation couldn’t be worked with. After explaining our situation, Jenee reassured us that she would be able to get us a place no problem! She made it her mission and of course she delivered! She made sure to keep in contact with us as well as potential listings and made sure we weren’t put on the back burner. Would definitely recommend to ANY and EVERYONE.

Elizabeth is the BEST. People often warn against going into business with friends but I never worried about that with Elizabeth. She went above and beyond to help us find and afford our dream home. She's honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly amazing. I'd recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Houston area, especially first time home buyers like we are.
