About Nick Baniukiewicz

Prior to getting into real estate I spent 15 years working in retail sales. This experience helped me develop my passion for helping people. In 2016 I made decision to leave retail and get into real estate and I can say it was the best decision I could have made. It allowed me to combine two passions, helping people and real estate.

I'm excited to help home buyers and sellers throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. I feel that the most important part of this business is to create and nurture relationships with each home buyer and or seller that I interact with. It's not just another house for me, each transaction is a relationship formed.

Nick assisted me in buying my first house, he was very encouraging especially when looking through some fixer uppers, one of which I ended up buying. He has quite a bit of hustle with negotiating and dealing with other older agents who seemed very slow paced in making a deal happen. He's a younger guy so he was easy for me to connect with and had lots of energy. He even found a crafty way of getting into a house that was left locked by another agent who knew we were going over for a final walk through before the closing. That is the house I ended up buying. He will make it happen! Highly recommend him!
