Nick is our neighbor, our realtor, and now our friend. We were looking for a property with a beautiful
view outside the city. We met with other agents from other companies, but only Nick took the time
to actually understand what exactly we wanted. He was so good, in fact, he was sending property
listings for some of the same properties we were choosing so we knew he understood! Our closing
process was delayed due to something outside Nick?s and our control, but he stuck it out and kept
us updated along the way. We appreciate working with Nick, and he is currently the listing agent
for our current home as well.

Nick was THE BEST! He told me what would happen next. He walked me through all the paper work
and explained what I didn?t understand. He answered all my crazy stupid questions and made me
