Nicole is the third realtor i had come across to deal with. Indeed the other two were good or rather excellent. But then how to describe Nicole--EXCEPTIONAL I suppose. I am a retired person moved into USA about two years back. Decided to invest into property to generate some income for my living. On some recommendations I contacted Nicole and gave her my requirements. Unlike most other agents, she did not start auto mailing me scores of properties with a wide range of price some rent able some not. Instead she short listed some which fitted my requirement and reviewed them personally before mailing them to me, saving me frequent long drives.We only made one trip to view the properties.Out of her experience she was able to observe even the most minute pluses and minuses of every condo, keeping in mind the hoa and taxes, which made it easy for us to choose the right property.
