Nikki hails from Huntsville, Alabama, where she was first introduced to the world of real estate at a boutique brokerage. Her passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals has spanned over 30 years. Since moving to Texas over 21 years ago, she has been involved with various community volunteer organizations, including the local PTA and DFW Cocker Rescue.

Since becoming a licensed agent over 18 years ago, Nikki has been recognized as a Top Producing Agent and has received several certifications, including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), New Home Construction, and Veteran Land Board.

In 2017, she joined real estate forces with her husband, John, and together they own, operate, and manage the Local Realty Agency Mid Cities location.
