It was a great pleasure having Nina represent our family as a real estate agent for both the sale of our home & the purchase of a new home. She was extremely helpful, since these occurred during the COVID 19 crisis. We, as well as the housing market, were greatly impacted throughout the crisis. She was very patient & professional during the whole process. Her knowledge & expertise in real estate helped us overcome obstacles with overall positive outcomes. She also provided us with great recommendations for miscellaneous services (lawyer, contractor, & cleaning services).

We worked with Nina as our buyer agent on a recent sale. She is very knowledgable and honest. Extremely responsive, courteous and a good negotiator. We found her knowledge of local markets and area extremely valuable. As our agent, trying to navigate a sellers’ market, she advised us on how to get the best value and how to steer clear of situation where the price/value was questionable and not in our favor. Once we made an offer she worked with the sellers’ agent to get all concerns cleared in our favor. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a voice of reason and someone who is fair and honest.
