My boyfriend and I gave him some ideas of what we were looking for and within a few days he was showing us all the beautiful available houses that had all the things we requested until one day we found the perfect one.
In less than a month we bought it.

I had no issues working with Rafael, I hated the process of apartment hunting but he made it easy and less stressful and closing was a breeze. All issues that came up were quickly and easily resolved, no back and forth messages and in the end I was happy and with a property I really like. As a first time buyer, I highly recommend the services of Rafael. He was very patient, showing options of houses in the areas I had in mind. Another reason for me giving 5 stars to this realtor, os because he is not one of those pushy realtors who tries to persuade you to buy the most expensive option (I had a situation like this when I started looking options with another realtor). Instead, Rafael gave me good guidance and info regarding properties which were in decent prices and have the potential of market evaluation. He showed to have good knowledge, professionalism, respect and ethic. Deserve my 5 start recommendation
