As I sit here in my beautiful new to me kitchen I thought I would share our experience with Riley. We had already lived in San Pedro and absolutely adored our previous first home but had started looking for something with a little more room to grow. We found Riley through Zillow and showed us a house I had found just browsing the site. I had a previous realtor that I had always thought I would use again but Riley was so calm, laid back, and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Nothing got past him! We are so happy we found him! Buying a home isn’t easy and he really made the process so seamless.

Riley is truly an agent that cares about his clients and is willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, I had to sell my father's house shortly after he passed away. Being the executor of his estate was no easy task, and I was extremely overwhelmed. Riley did a fantastic job of handling his property and taking some of the stress off my shoulders.

Riley is an absolute gem of an agent and we cannot recommend him highly enough! Moving from Virginia to California was daunting, but Riley made the process so much easier. (He even used Whats App so we could cast the video you’re to our TV in order to view the properties more easily. Once we found a place a place we loved, he helped us put together a winning offer and we arrived to a small housewarming gift from him. Even after the sale, he’s kept in touch to make sure we’re settling in alright. Definitely work with him if you have the chance!

Riley helped us close the deal on our perfect family home in Rancho Palos Verdes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process and was available at any time to walk us through what can be a very stressful period. And he was attentive without being overbearing or pushy which was a common issue I've had in the past with other agents. All in all, he made the daunting prospect of purchasing a house a relatively easy and pleasant experience. He did an amazing job for us and comes highly recommended.
