I moved to Florida from New York in 2020. I was ready to purchase my first home after relocating and just wanting to own, after years of paying rent. I met Rosa in need of help as a first time home buyer through a home buying app.I gave Rosa details of what I was looking for and she jumped in feet first.Fast forward to 2025, me being indecisive, Rosa hung in there with me, always sending me current market reports, changes in the interest rates, providing me with expert advise. Rosa always answered my calls, text and emails , available when ever I contacted her regarding a property. We finally narrowed down our search In March of 2025, to two properties, both New Constructions. I went with the property that had 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms where the other had 4bed and 2.5 bath. I especially chose the 5Bedroom because I now have an office, Pool, Gym and live in a new community. Rosa is an amazing agent. She is very knowledgeable, responsive and hardworking. I live out of the estate and contacted Rosa randomly to inquire about a listing.
