Ryan helped us sell a single family home that we had been renting out. He listened to our concerns and understood our objectives for the sale. We interviewed several agents but he had the best marketing approach and a deep understanding of the neighborhood and community. During the negotiation process he was always a calm voice of reason providing his insight and suggestions to help us make decisions, but never tried to tell us what to do next. We interviewed three realtors but it was clear that Ryan was the most knowledgeable of the market and marketing strategies.
Since we are in Connecticut, a 5 1/2 hour drive away, we needed a realtor that had good communication skills. Ryan was always available via phone or text.
Ryan took the time to look over the property and let us know what needed to be done before listing the house for sale. He helped us find a reliable contractor to make the repairs.
Since the house was empty, Ryan arranged for staging. The staging was absolutely beautiful and showed off the house in the best light.
Ryan showed us the comparable house sales and explained his strategy for the listing price.

Ryan was calmed and collected when we needed him to be. He was always open to our questions and comments. He always listed to what we were looking for and not to what he wanted us to take, sometimes you feel like a realtor just wants to move to the next project and wants you to settle, but Ryan always pushed us to look for exactly what we wanted.
Finding the right house within your budget, navigating the market today and making offers is stressful and I am sure that without his knowledge we couldn’t have gotten our dream house and location.

Buying a house in today's market isn't easy, but Ryan worked hard to find things in our price range and that met our criteria. We closed on a house that we felt was a great value for our money. We would definitely use him again to buy or sell a house!
