I had a great experience with Sarah. She is really knowledgeable about the whole buying process and helped me negotiate the price of the home I wanted to where I was comfortable. She also helped me with all the inspections and making sure we made all the deadlines for closure. She was there with the inspectors making sure everything went smooth even when I coudn't be there because of my busy work schedule. She is also very responsive, when I had any questions I would call or text and she would respond right away. Overall great experience, she's very professional and friendly and I'm really happy with my new home. I highly recommend Sarah for anyone looking to buy their next home!

Agent Sarah Padilla, was one of the Best real state agents that my family and I have worked with. Her work ethic and client dedication is above expectations. Agent Padilla, was always on top of her game; weather it was making sure papers were signed on time or making sure that I was not only informed through out the process but rather become knowledgeable. She was extremely responsive no matter the day or time. She was always willing to go the extra mile and to make sure she worked in my interest I.e getting me the better price negotiable and inspectors along the way. Hello future home buyers, i wanted to take some time out of my day to tell you how great of a realtor Sarah Padilla is. Firstly, let me tell you she knows what she is doing!! She definitely overly succeeded in being my realtor. Her goal was to always get my family and I the best options available and did everything in her power to get exactly everything we asked for. She does her homework on every house and knows the ins and outs so she is able to answer every question thrown her way. She is very fast at responding. I would pretty much text her on a daily basis especially towards the end when we were closing on my house. She is professional and very sweet. For her to deal with my family and I just makes her that much better because we are kind of crazy and very forward. She always knew how to keep a smile on all of our faces. I had and still have no doubts in her being my realtor and yours!! She is great.
