Scarlett Williams was wonderful to work with and made the process very smooth. Her understanding of the market and setting expecations from the beginning was critical to the sale and final outcome. She came prepared for the open house and highlighted key aspects of the location to make the house desiable to prospective buyers. Despite a low turnout, she made the best showing and managed to gain the interest of a buyer who ended up purchasing the home. She kept an open channel of communication the entire time and constanly kept me updated, epecially since there were delays in the process. I always knew the status of the process all way until the sale was final. She was great to work with and her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and willingness to work above a beyond was a true blessing.
