Scarlett went above and beyond to help me sell my home as she did much more than I expected.
Scarlett staged my home for best photos and viewing bringing her personal items to add to the decor and buyer appeal.
There was some minor damage done to my steps. Scarlett helped me with materials to repair them.
I needed to move large/heavy items from the second floor. Scarlett contacted some men who moved the furniture for me. What would I done without her and her willingness to do more than sell my home?
I was unable to travel for settlement in SC. She helped me get a Title company in FL who guided me through the paper work process for my home in SC.
I needed to make a wire transfer with my bank. Scarlett went with me to the bank and stayed with me as I worked through the wire process.
I highly recommend Scarlett to guide you through the selling process. She is professional, knowldegeable, caring, and willing to do all she can for her clients because she treats you like family.

Scarlett went above and beyond for us. This was a complicated situation. My wife and daughter are in Florida and I am in West Virginia being a care giver for my mother. She was able to work with our schedules and schedule showings where my family could be there physically and mentally via video call. She helped with scheduling home inspections and closing paperwork along with HOA communication. I would definitely use Scarlett again and would highly recommend her to friends and family.

Scarlett Williams was wonderful to work with and made the process very smooth. Her understanding of the market and setting expecations from the beginning was critical to the sale and final outcome. She came prepared for the open house and highlighted key aspects of the location to make the house desiable to prospective buyers. Despite a low turnout, she made the best showing and managed to gain the interest of a buyer who ended up purchasing the home. She kept an open channel of communication the entire time and constanly kept me updated, epecially since there were delays in the process. I always knew the status of the process all way until the sale was final. She was great to work with and her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and willingness to work above a beyond was a true blessing.
