I met Scott Garrison when I was looking to make my first real estate investment. I was impressed by his commitment to me and how he always followed up with me despite how much of a small fish I was. I am a first time home buyer. I met Scott online thru his advertising, inquiring about a specific home. While that particular home was no longer for sale, Scott got to know myself & my family's needs & hasn't stopped looking since. This was in April! We've seen multiple homes/properties. Scott sold my Home in Park Manor in East Orlando in 2007 when the market was starting its downward turn. It was a great time for me to sell then and we got a good price looking back; since then he kept in touch over these many years. We met Scott Garrison online- he called us back right away and gave us a great list of homes for sale in the area that we just couldn't get anywhere else, then met us out and the first one when we saw one we liked. We thought buying a home to get out of living with the parents would be easy- NOT. The market is crazy and competitive. We put in an overfull price offer $23,000 higher than the asking price to beat out the other 10 or 15 offers and got the home! Then the home appraised with my lender for $20000 less than that, so we GOT the home still didn’t have to pay as much in the end, just like Scott said would probably happen! In the end, we had to put in about 5 contracts all for over full price before we got the one we are in nowhere in Casselberry…and even that one took months to close due to some repairs Scott make the seller do for us, and then the Hurricane too.
