I've used Scott Garrison's services to purchase two rental properties, one in 2012, and another in 2013. I've found Scott to be extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He stays on top of the entire process, from the initial offer to the closing, and makes sure there are no errors on the HUD, etc., and reminds the buyer of things they may need to take care of before closing, and always maintains good communication with the buyer. Scott is also experienced with short sales and knows how to make them happen, while at the same time not sugarcoating the length of time it takes to bring one to fruition.
