I wanted to buy a condo in Altamonte Springs or Maitland as an Investment rental to rent out now and give to my kids later. Cheap condos I guess are way hard to get a mortgage on, yet he managed to find me one that I COULD get a mortgage on for very cheap. It was already rented to tenants. We did not like the first one we put a contract on due to the poor condition and repairs needed, and so we found another and ended up getting a different one that was in much better condition on a bid. He was way patient even though there is not much money in an inexpensive condo purchase, and is the most organized person I have ever seen- he took care of everything. Unfortunately I did not get approved for a mortgage ( no fault of his, mortgages are a real pain) so I didn’t get it, and he even got me my deposit back. but I will certainly call Scott Garrison when it is time for me to try again.

Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that is just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I am in his phone he will recognize the call and he is always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself My favorite Realtor so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It is taking forever to get the contract approved by the sellers lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I did not believe him. If this one does not work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.

We first hired another agent my Mother know to sell our home in Conway when the tenants moved out and left it empty and we were in Kentucky. It just sat there for many months of us making the mtg. payments. Finally, we had to fire our Realtor and we hired Scott to sell the home, as my Husband knew him from College out a UCF from years ago and he stayed in touch all these years. For our rental Condo in Lake Mary he sold it for us before we were even ready to put it on the market I was waiting to do some repairs and Scott showed it to one of his buyers and brought us a full price offer with no financing for cash for exactly wheat I wanted, and it was a price higher than any other condo had sold for inour condos. What more could we ask for? I would definitely work with him again to sell anything…all results and no effort on my part.

We owned a condo in Laek Mary and I live out of state in the northeast and found Scott online as the number one salesperson for my development Regency Park in Lake Mary . I interviewed him and over a long period of time he kept in touch and when we were ready we hired him to sell it. We had more buyers look at it than we could count, at least 50 if not more and a couple of low offers. We had to reduce our price a few times as it was not selling, but when we did get a contract it was for full price CASH.
