We found Scott by looking online for the Best Sanford Realtor, and he probably is. He Sold our Sanford Rental Home for Full Price, then the buyers asked for a ton of repairs, so he encouraged us to give the buyer their deposit back, then he sold it again in a few weeks and the same thing happened again, then he sold it for Full Price AGAIN to a buyer who bought the house as is with no repairs.
