Shawn and Miles instrumental in helping us to get our dream property. They listened to us and were available whenever we had a question or concern during the process. After all, it had been 22 years since we have last bought a property. Things have certainly changed! So glad we had them in our corner!

Shawn was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made precisely the right recommendations for improving the property for a better sale. A $6000 improvement increased the sale price by $15,000. She was very professional and handled the closing very smoothly even though both parties were located remotely. Definitely would recommend Shawn Wartwick.

I would recommend Shawn Wartick and her associate Miles Ashley to anyone looking for a realtor to help sell your home quickly and at a top dollar. They were amazing.

Miles was always prompt to reply to any questions we had. His knowledge did not only extend to the home sales process but beyond to include even the home structure issues for example.
Not only was Miles knowledgeable, but he was personable, respectful, and had a great sense of humor. He was the kind of guy that could not only sell and tell you about your home, but someone you'd go get a few beers with.

After my father passed away, I was faced with selling his house. It was also the house I grew up in. With interest rates rising, I was afraid that the market was cooling off and the dated nature of the house would deter potential buyers. Shawn believed in the potential of the property and repeatedly pointed out all of the positives. She was right. The house sold in 24 hours and for $20K over asking price! I still can't believe that it sold so quickly.

Shawn is amazing to work with. This was my 5th time using her. She is extremely detail oriented and knows exactly what buyers need and want. She has been absolute top notch from our first time using her to our last. Having ownership of several properties she is always our go to for a sale or purchase. From our first interaction with her, I knew I found my forever realtor.

Shawn Ashley is great! We have used her a few times for purchasing and selling a home, and we trust her opinion a lot. She'll tell us when to walk away or give us other options as far as negotiating or getting more bang for our buck. She's always on time and her team or herself are good at communicating with us. She got us a house in this crazy market and for that we are so thankful!
