The agent was very knowledgeable about current market trends and future market trends. The agent gave advice freely even when it involved properties not located in Michigan. Many agents are only interested in in the sales aspect and Shawn was helpful with pricing trends and to whom the property should be marketed to.

Appreciate excellent advice and reassurance!

When we considered selling our house, we found the whole idea daunting and anxiety-producing. We read up on the process and asked advice from friends and family members.

After having our house sold by Shawn, Miles, and Taylor; we found the whole process to be much less painful than we had imagined. Their professional preparations and handling of the advertising, interactions with prospective buyers, and closing was exemplary. We can’t say that we didn’t worry, but the team calmed our concerns by giving honest assessments and full explanations. They also corrected some significant erroneous ideas that we had picked up in our amateur research.

We had heard that selling our house through a realtor would decrease our profit. This was not true for us as Shawn and her team found a buyer, who paid more for our house than what we thought possible.

We are totally pleased with the work of Shawn and her team.

Shawn responded quickly to our inquiry and priced home competitively. Miles Ashley took excellent pictures and gave great advice on staging our home. He was always available to explain the process and answer questions as they came up, responding immediately. Miles went to bat for us when needed and put our minds at ease, as we had not sold a home before. Taylor, their assistant, was helpful at answering questions and getting us through the paperwork. They were just the team we needed and couldn't be more happier with the outcome.

Miles & Shawn Ashley did a great job!

Shawn and Miles Ashley worked together to keep us in the loop on the sale. Their follow-up was good. They not only listed our home but they also found the buyer. Things went smoothly and quickly.

Shawn Ashley did a terrific and thorough job of explaining the house buying process to us first time home buyers. She allowed us to explore at our own pace, and never pressured us or made us feel small for not knowing things. She was always available to talk, and answer questions, and got us in to see houses as soon as possible. I recommend her to all my friends now and we know we could not have had a better realtor.

Who buys a house in the middle of a COVID-affected economy?? My husband and I apparently! We had no idea what buying a home was going to be like in such a unique time in our country's history. Thankfully, Shawn and her team made the experience a smooth one.

We had her or a member of her team meeting us at so many homes while we were looking. We were on a bit of time crunch to buy a home, so every home that came on the market and met our criteria (and there weren't many!) was seen by us. Never did we get the impression that we were wasting Shawn's time.

The day we found "our home" is one I will remember always. I knew it the moment I walked in that this was "the one". After we talked details, Shawn asked to pray with me over the home and purchase offer. That's the kind of personal attention to who we are as people - not just "buyers" - that sets Shawn apart. The amount of time she gave to us to get to know us during every interaction that occurred during this process shows her commitment to people and building relationships is foremost in her mind, not just selling properties.

Shawn met with us after my husband had submitted an email to her requesting a meeting. This was during the COVID shutdown. A week later, Shawn was at our kitchen table. She and her agent, Miles, spent a nice amount of time getting to know us and our needs/wants/motivations for selling our home. Having us work with Miles was a tremendous blessing in that he was the motivator for us getting our home ready to list. The photos that were taken of our home made it look fantastic and drew in numerous interested persons on the first day of its listing. Our home sold within the first 30 hours of being listed!

Shawn kept the process moving along nicely as we found our new home and finally met for the closing.

Shawn and Miles went above and beyond for us in the purchase of our first home. We would refer them to any one looking to buy or sell a home. They are absolutely wonderful to work with and they made sure we understood everything in the process. They were always very quick to answer any questions we had. They were kind and professional and did their homework before showing us our home.

This is the second time I have worked with Shawn Ashley. Both times she worked quickly and reliably in every important task involving the sale. She kept us well informed throughout the process. My wife and I truly felt Shawn and company was representing our best interest. On top of that, the most recent sale was facilitated just as the Covid-19 pandemic had begun to hit hard; yet there was virtually no delay nor impediments to competing the sale. We'd gladly look to Shawn again for any further real estate needs; and would of course recommend her service to anyone wanting to sell their home in a snappy, worry-free manner.

We chose Shawn because we had worked with her to buy our previous house. When it came time to sell and buy a new house, we did not hesitate to call her. She has the heart of a teacher and walked us through the entire buying and selling process. The communication was excellent and she worked hard to make sure we found everything we needed in our new home. We would definitely recommend her!

We were very happy to have the Shawn Ashley team on our side when selling our home. They are excellent at what they do and made the process a breeze from beginning to end. Shawn really knows her stuff! Taylor was a wonderful communicator who could always find the answer to our questions and Miles offered insightful information every time we spoke with him. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
