Considered other agencies. Shawn reached out to us and sent helpful information even before our meeting. We met with her and she was intuitive as to cosmetic fixes to help our home sell

Both Shawn and her partner Miles exceeded our expectations both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of our new home. We HIGHLY recommend them to everyone and have no doubt they will be our realtor when we sell or buy again

Shawn Ashley is great! We have used her a few times for purchasing and selling a home, and we trust her opinion a lot. She'll tell us when to walk away or give us other options as far as negotiating or getting more bang for our buck. She's always on time and her team or herself are good at communicating with us. She got us a house in this crazy market and for that we are so thankful!
