Shirley was truly exceptional. I met her at a open house in the neighborhood. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in neighborhood and I’m so thankful I did.

Shirley was always available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she didn’t pick up, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. Purchased a home, she told me that going in and highlighted the concerns she had and the research she wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.

She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents you get when you are buying a home.
