Sonni Harvin

Honest, reliable, timely, and informative. We had a lot of questions, as this was our very first home. She encouraged us to do our homework and decide what we valued and how much we wanted to spend. Unfortunately, we were all over the place as to what we wanted and wanted to spend. Sonni was very patient, and not pushy. We ultimately found what we were looking for at the price that worked for us. We have no regrets with the home thus far or her realty services :)

Sonni is a breeze to work with. We were pressed for time and needed to find a home and move with in 30 days. The seller wanted 50k for the home which we didn't have, however Sonni with her excellent negotiating ability was able to get us a land contract instead. Our family is extremely pleased with the results from Sonni's diligence and hard work ethic. I would definitely recommend Sonni in a heart beat to anyone looking for your dream home!!!!!

Sonni was awesome! She was extremely attentive. Responded almost immediately if not immediately to all my questions. We started our house searching overseas and she even downloaded an app to keep in contact. She went above and beyond her job to help us find us a home. She showed us many many homes and was pleasant every time! I would highly recommend her!

Sonni was awesome! I made her do multiple marathon showings where we saw upwards of 8 or 9 homes in a single day. I told her that I needed to be in process in 2 weeks and she made sure it happened! If you want someone that's going to answer you quickly and find the answer if she doesn't know it then get in touch with Sonni... This was my first house!!!
