I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri, so I can help clients on both sides of the state line. I am a very hard worker and want to make sure I find my client the perfect home. I will even door knock in neighborhoods for their preferred area to find them their next home.

Communication is always key in helping my clients get the home or offer that they desire. Every transaction is different, and if I don't know the answer I will find it. I always ask my colleagues lots of question and keep communication going so we can work smoothly through the transaction. I negotiate by sticking up for my clients and doing what's in their best interest, while still being respectful to my colleagues. I also make sure my clients have all the latest tools and information available for them to use.
