Steve Van Gorden is the Broker/Owner of SVG Realty LLC. He opened this brokerage in July 2022. Prior to that he worked with several real estate firms starting in 2013. Mr. Van Gorden has over 25 years of leadership and management experience in a variety of settings, including real estate companies, middle and high schools, municipal governments, post-secondary institutions and non-profit organizations. He is a self-motivated leader who works well under pressure, enjoys new challenges, is a team player and is dedicated to all stakeholders. His strength is being a problem solver and working well with a diverse group of stakeholders. Mr. Van Gorden is very community minded and currently is a member of the Rotary Club, Moose Club, Masons, and local Chamber of Commerce . He is also a member of the Dade City Church of Christ. Mr. Van Gorden has two adult children Aiden and Kaitlyn.
