It was fate that brought us together. I looked for about 20 months before throwing up my hands. I had to look in a totally different county. In my spare time, I searched online even in areas I did not think I would purchase. I stumbled upon Tashia Flucas who had closed on several properties. I took note of the locations and the quick turnaround of the deals. After being totally frustrated for not finding a home while placing many offers, I decided to give Ms. Flucas a call. Her availability immediately impressed me as I insisted on seeing up to 5 locations on the same day. She obliged. She stated, " I can go anywhere, to any area in California". This is not a lazy Real Estate Agent. I was impressed by this person who was available, willing, and able. Professional from the very first meeting, extraordinary in knowledge and delivery of documents needed to push the process forward. I also fell in love with her personality as she was friendly and easy to work with.
