Tennille helped me buy my first home, sell my first home, and buy my second home. All in two years. She is always there to make my crazy ideas happen, and alleviate any of the stress that’s involved with buying/selling a home. She is quick to get things done because she does not want you to miss out on any opportunity you may have. Anyone in this market knows you have to be quick! We have worked with Tennille both to buy and sell. She’s great at making clients a priority. I’m bad for wanting to see a property last minute and she always finds a way to fit us in her schedule.
When we sold our home, we sold to buyers that were inexperienced in home ownership and had unrealistic expectations of an older home. The process was frustrating and with everything we had going on, overwhelming. Tennille had our backs and helped us get through the difficult transaction.

I recently moved to Cookeville, TN and contacted Tennile Roska as she was the agent listed for the property. She was very honest and forthcoming and very punctual on all the showings. We were quite undecided on the houses that she patiently showed but not once was she impatient or unpleasant to us.
We saw quite a number of property for quite a while before we decided on one.
All throughout the process, she was very helpful and patient to all our queries and doubts. We were highly impressed with her service. She is warm and very down to earth and made us feel very at home.

WONDERFUL!!!! Tennille was very responsive and attentive to our needs.
After a very disappointing venture of looking at existing homes; everything in our price range needed repairs, renovations, horrible floor plans, parking issues and just became a real discouraging fiasco. Tennille asked if we ever thought of a new house? "Who me" i said... I cant afford a new house. She said there is a new construction home right around the corner lets go check it out. Not knowing the power was not on and the short daylight winter hours with our cell phone flash lights on!!! we wandered into a wonderful wonderland! We were hooked.
Never thinking we could buy a brand new house Tennille worked with the builder and we picked out a floor plan we are absolutely in love with and got everything we needed and in our budget and in some cases much cheaper then buying a project home! Someone else's mess.

The Builder was great to work with, everything went right on track and we picked out cabinets, granite, paint colors.... had a great time planning and watching our half acre paradise come to life .... Thanks Tennille for helping to make our dreams come true! You are Amazing
