Theresa is an amazingly kind and thoughtful realtor. I chose her after contacting a few other realtors. As fate had it my mother was using her and met her by chance. She is great at active listening and I could tell she was genuinely a nice person from her meeting with my mom.

I had previously met with a realtor that under cut our home listing by 5k, plus this realtor wanted us to paint every room! Had we gone with her we would have put our home on the market 5k under appraisal. Essentially, losing money on our investment.
