Tim Rowland was raised on a few acres in the country, where at an early age, a strong work ethic was instilled in him to tend to the animals before and after school. Tim learned many skills throughout his school years as he took jobs in construction, plumbing, and general labor. Tim bought his first house when he was 18 years old and has been buying and selling ever since.

Tim found the perfect property for us in one month. He found out what we wanted and in a couple of days had property’s for us to look at. It was a breath of fresh air, because Prior to hiring Tim we had two other realtors in the course of a year that just said you find some property that you want to see and we will make an appointment for you, that was a waste of our time and money, they where just waiting for and easy sale. Tim Rowland with Exit Reality on the other hand enjoys the challenge and works hard for his clients. He not only found our property but worked for us to get the price we wanted to spend. About a Month after the sale, Tim shows up with an extravagant gift basket. Thank you Tim Rowland, if we ever need a realtor you will be our first call!
