Rob Hale and his team at Elite Results Realty have been fantastic in the purchase of our new home in Gilbert Arizona. We were buying from out of state and made our offer sight-unseen. Rob alerted us to potential properties, arranged for the relevant contingencies, and gave us a detailed personal video walk through. He counseled and guided us through a “highest and best” offer situation and in all of the closing process including referring us to effective mortgage resources. Rob and his team effectively represented us in responding to inspection results following a favorable appraisal. Either Rob or his great assistant were always available and responsive to answer questions and smooth the way. Even after closing they removed remaining Seller items from the property for us. We have purchased a number of homes over the years and I briefly sold real estate also. We can honestly say that Rob and his team have given us the best buyer’s agent service that we have ever experienced!
