This is the second time I've worked with Todd for buying a home, and each time he makes the process seem effortless. Todd is always prepared prior to looking at homes, he knows the listings and quirks of most home systems (central Vacs, heating/cooling systems, areas around York county etc). He is very thorough when discussing the process for both buying and selling homes, answering all questions with ease. We recently sold our home with Todd and the process was again, seamless. He is well educated in the market, and able to negotiate to whatever his clients needs are. He is always available, answering our questions regardless of the time, working around our schedules. He listed our home for what we wanted and had a very quick settlement.
