We highly recommend Tracie for various reasons. We were looking in the Houston/outside suburbs area for our first home. We were traveling across country all the way from NH. Tracie was our FOURTH realtor- and thank god we found her.

Previous realtors said we were wasting our time, ghosted our texts and calls, tried to make us sign contracts, etc.. but Tracie helped us from the first conversation to the closing of our home. She was unlike all the others in a GREAT way.
She took on our travel and our previous issues with other realtors as a challenge and within a couple weeks (mind you we were looking for 1-2mo prior), she found a new development and it checked off all our boxes.
