Native San Diegan Troy Merrell had the incredible opportunity to play professional soccer in Europe for several years. Upon his return to the States in 2001, he immediately began investing in real estate, only to realize he'd also found a new passion. He became a real estate agent in 2006, combining his passion for helping others. Troy sincerely cares about his clients, making him not only a pleasure to work with but also successful and respected in his industry.

Troy, his wife Lindsay, and their three children live in North County.

He graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Cal State Long Beach.
